Unicorn Backpack with Cricut Holographic Iron On Vinyl
Since this unicorn backpack, did not have all the bells and whistles of the more fun backpack, I decided to spice it up for her using my Cricut. That way we have fun holographic stuff without having to have a plastic or faux leather backpack that will make her sweat. I really wanted to use gold to match the details of the backpack, but she was dying for holographic! She calls it holo and is crazy about holo everything.
Bean loves pencil pouches too. She also loves unicorns and glitter. (Hmmm…. think she takes after her mom?) Her favorite quote lately is “Unicorns are awesome. I am awesome. Therefore, I am a unicorn.” I decided to combine all of those favorite things into my most recent craft project– a DIY unicorns are awesome pencil pouch!
If you are looking for a fun craft for a long rainy afternoon then look no further than this adorable Felt Unicorn Pen Topper! This fun felt craft requires very few materials and is easy to do with a little basic stitching. The kids will squeal in delight when they see the cute Unicorn Pen Topper!
As a former teacher I’m very excited about today’s project for a few different reasons. First, I LOVE buying school supplies. Even though I’m no longer in the classroom I still find myself stocking up on pens, pencils, notebooks, and folders for the house and, of course, we need to buy Connor’s school supplies for the new school year. And, you all know I’m obsessed with unicorns so I had to find a fun way to add unicorns to boring school supplies.
