What is a “printable” and how do I use it?
A “printable” is a digital piece of stationery that you receive via email that you print out and cut yourself. Our files arrive in your email inbox as a 8.5×11″ PDF that can be downloaded and opened on your computer using Adobe Acrobat (FREE version at www.adobe.com). You can print the file at home or take it to your local printer.

Can you print my invitations for me?
Some of our stationery items are exclusively available as personalized, professionally printed items. Please see a particular item page to see if professional printing is available, and the cost.

Will do you design a custom invitation for my party?
Yes! We do offer custom design services. Availability is limited and is dependent on schedule and time frame. Please email us at info@pineapplepaperco.com to inquire about availability and cost. Custom design fees apply.

Can you change the colors of the stationery?
Yes, we can change the colors of some (not all!) items. Additional fees will apply (starting at $10 depending on the project.) Please email us at info@pineapplepaperco.com before ordering to discuss any potential color changes.

Do you ever offer any coupons?
Occasionally we offer exclusive discounts to our newsletter subscribers. Sign up for our email list and you will be the first to hear about sales or coupon codes!

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it’s placed?
If you need to make changes to an order, please contact orders@pineapplepaperco.com as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply.
All orders are non-refundable.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and Paypal.

How much is shipping?
Please see each individual item listing for shipping charges, if applicable. Shipping charges are based on the items and costs from the printer.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
If you are ordering a personalized printable item, following payment we will begin processing the changes to the file and you will receive it within 3 business days. If you need it within 24 hours, please click the “RUSH” option on the product page before checking out. Additional fees as listed will apply.
If your are ordering a personalized printed item that requires approval of proof, you will receive the proof within 3 business days. “RUSH” orders incur an additional fee and proof will be emailed within 24 hours. Actual shipping time depends on approval of the final digital proof. Once approved, printed items will ship in approximately 2-3 business days.
Personalized printed items that do not require approval of proof (simple notepads, non-personalized stationery, etc) will ship in approximately 5-6 business days from time of order, depending on printer production schedule.

Note: Please make sure we have ALL of the information required to start (name, address, etc.), or there might be a delay!

Printed stationery (non-rush) generally ships within 5-6 business days, depending on production schedule and approval of the final digital proof. For RUSH options, please check the product page.

If an item is available for “Instant Download” it will be listed on the product page. Following payment, you will receive a link to download your purchased item.

Digital orders will be emailed to the email on the order receipt. Please make sure we have the correct email when you order!

If you don’t see your file in your email within the noted timeframe, check your email on the receipt and your spam folder. If it’s not there, please let us know and our designers will promptly resend the file.

What if my order arrived damaged?
Although this is very rare, please email help@pineapplepaperco.com to report the damage and submit pictures of the packaging, so we can contact the shipping carrier.

Do you accept returns?
We DO NOT accept returns or refunds.

All designs are the personal property of Pineapple Paper Co. and are for personal use only. Please don’t share, sell, or post these items as your own.
Our printable designs that are formatted as PDF files are locked and cannot be edited on your computer.
We know you won’t break the rules, but if you do, we have a not-so-nice attorney that you’ll be hearing from.

DESIGN ACCURACY

We try very hard to be perfect, but sometimes we make a mistake when transferring personalized information. If it’s a digital item, just send us an email at orders@pineapplepaperco.com and we’ll fix it right up!
However, if the item you ordered is PRINTED stationery (the kind you receive as a physical item)–you will receive a digital proof before it heads off to the professional printer. Your approval is required before we can send it to the printer. If you approve it, any errors are your responsibility and any changes will have additional fees and processing/shipping times, as applicable.

COLORS

The colors you see on your computer screen may be slightly different when you print them out. This is dependent on many factors, including type of paper, the type of printer, etc. We try very hard to make them as accurate as possible, but it is something that is inherently hard to control. All of our designs are tested on a laser printer, on cardstock. All invitations and cards are Professionally Printed on 110# Smooth Cardstock unless otherwise discussed.
