Halloween is the perfect time to fire up your laser cutter and make Glowforge projects! If you are the proud owner of a Glowforge, you already know that you can make amazing projects for every holiday. I have gathered up 18 of my favorite Halloween projects that you can make with your Glowforge. And don’t worry, if you don’t have a Glowforge, you can make a lot of these projects with your Cricut Maker.
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, and I always spend a lot of time crafting and designing new projects! Now that I have a Glowforge, I can make crafts out of different materials like acrylic and thick wood.
It is sometimes difficult to find laser ready files, so I design a lot of my own SVG cut files for my Glowforge. There are a lot designers that do the same, and you can find FREE or CHEAP SVG files that are perfect for laser cutting from a ton fo different sources.
Have you heard of a Glowforge? I use my SVG files with it ALL of the time, and you can too! Check out my Glowforge Basics post and see what you need to get started and how you can save up to $500 on your very own 3D laser printer!
Where to Find the Best Halloween Laser Files
One of my favorite places to find digital files for my laser is the Glowforge Owners Forum. If you have a Glowforge, and you aren’t familiar with the owner’s forum, you need to head over there. You can find a ton of files for personal use, plus tips, tricks, and cut settings for different materials.
Since I share my files on my blog, I am partial to supporting small businesses by visiting blogs and small shops for Glowforge files. Glowforge SVG files are becoming increasingly popular on marketplaces such as Etsy, so a quick search will reveal quite a few Halloween files to choose from. Plus, you can discover blogs and other digital design shops by looking on Pinterest or with a quick Google search.
The best part is, I have done all of the hard work for you! I have searched the internet for some of my favorite cute and spooky Halloween files, and I’m sharing them all below! Just click through to each post or listing to get instant download files that you can cut on your laser printer right away. Most of these files are FREE to use, but some are a few dollars. But it’s worth it for quality files!
A quick note about Cricut users (don’t worry, I didn’t forget about you!) A new machine like the Glowforge can read the same type of files as Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio. That means you can use these same files to make projects on your Cricut machine (like a Cricut Maker or Cricut Explore Air) or your Silhouette Cameo. Keep in mind that most of the Glowforge materials will NOT work in your craft cutting machines. So you will want to use materials such as chipboard, card stock, vinyl, acetate, etc. to create your own version of these Halloween projects.

Be sure to read each post or item listing to determine if the file is for personal or commercial use (you may sell what you make). And remember to support the designers by pinning an image from their page to Pinterest, leaving a review of their shop, or tagging them in your social media posts!
You can pin this image to your favorite Halloween or Glowforge board to remember all of these projects. Plus, I will add more projects as I make them or see them!
Can you guess what my favorite Halloween movie is? I used this Hocus Pocus SVG to make the cutest wooden earrings!
