Have you read “Oh, the Places You’ll Go” by Dr. Seuss? It’s a classic for graduation celebrations, because it reminds us that life is a journey to be enjoyed. (If you haven’t read it, you can buy “Oh the Places You’ll Go” on Amazon).
I did a simple twist on the book title and made my daughter’s shirt say “Oh, the Places I’ll Go!” because I thought it would be adorable for Dr. Seuss Day at school. Plus, I love the twist on the book title! This Dr. Seuss SVG is also great for graduation shirts!

Supplies you Need to Make Your Own Seuss Day Shirt
If you’d like to make this Seuss week DIY Shirt, you’ll need these supplies:
- Cutting Machine (Buy a Cricut on Amazon or on the Cricut Online Shop
- Iron On Vinyl on Cricut | HTV from Expressions Vinyl
- Cricut EasyPress 2 or Regular Iron
- Oh the Places I’ll Go SVG (at the end of the post)
- Blank Shirt (here’s the perfect Blank Raglan Shirt for toddlers from Amazon)
How to Make a DIY Dr. Seuss Day Shirt
Upload the Free Seuss SVG File to Cricut Design Space.
If you’re new to using SVG files with your Cricut machine, make sure you read my full post on How to Upload an SVG to Cricut Design Space.
Size to fit your shirt, and click “Make It.” Be sure to click the MIRROR slider button before cutting, and place your Iron On SHINY SIDE DOWN. These are both important so the image will be correct when you flip it over onto the shirt.
After the design is cut, weed away the extra vinyl. Press onto the shirt using a regular iron or Cricut EasyPress. You can find the Recommended EasyPress settings for your fabric and cutting material on the Cricut page.
