Healthy Summer Recipes for Dinner
My family is always looking for easy and healthy summer dinner recipes, because we spend so much time outside and I don’t want to be in the kitchen standing over the stove. I usually make my menu for the week on Sunday, and that doesn’t change in the summer. I try to plan out all of my lunch and dinner ideas ahead of time so I don’t have to think about it during the week. My meal planning definitely gets easier in the summer, though, because I get to use the grill while the kids are playing outside. (Except when I’m planning an amazing outdoor summer party!) I can’t wait to try these summer entrees, sides, cocktails and desserts!
