Printable Spring Bucket List Ideas

Although it feels like winter just started a couple of weeks ago, I’m definitely ready for spring to be here! I am in need of a little bit of sunshine, warmer temperatures, and more outside play time.

After having a blast with the Christmas Bucket List and Winter Bucket List, the kids and I sat down to make a spring version! We came up with some easy and fun activities that we will all enjoy. Well, maybe a couple of the ideas are more for the kids than my husband and I. But it gives the kids something to look forward to, even if it is as simple as looking for rainbows or hunting for Easter eggs.

We love coloring each activity as we complete it, but I have also printed out a few extra copies for the kids to color on days when they find themselves “bored.”

Supplies I Use for Printable Spring Bucket List

Everyone asks which printer I use and I have this Canon craft printer that I love! It’s always sold out, so if you see it in stock, grab it!

You can use regular printer paper, or print the bucket list out on cover stock so it’s more durable. It’s sized to print out on a 8.5×11″ piece of paper.

Prismacolor colored pencils or markers are the best way to color in all of your fall crafts and things to do – I used these Flair Felt Tip pens. I use them for coloring pages and in my planner ALL of the time. If you print it out on high quality paper, watercolor pens are a fun idea too. If you would like to see the art supplies I use for my journaling and printable projects, I have a whole post dedicated to my Favorite Journaling Supplies.

Spring Bucket List Activities

My kids helped me plan out all of the fun things we’re going to try and do this spring. Almost all of them are social distance friendly, and the other couple ideas are ones that my kids hope that happen (like watching a baseball game)! Here’s everything we included:

  • Fly a Kite
  • Pick Flowers
  • Ride a Bike
  • Pick Berries (that will be later this spring for sure!)
  • Hunt for Easter Eggs
  • Go Fishing
  • Look for a Rainbow
  • Read a Book (perfect for rainy days!)
  • Have a Tea Party (you can tell my 5 year old girl was involved)
  • Watch Baseball
  • Look for Cherry Blossoms (the kids secretly want to go to Washington, DC – the blossoms are so beautiful there!)
  • Play in the Rain
  • Go to the Zoo (our local zoo is doing scheduled entry so you can easily social distance)
  • Bake a Pie
  • Go on a Walk
  • Plant a Garden (we are going to plant a container garden on our patio!)
