This year, I am hosting Easter brunch at my house, and I want to make “Easter Bread.” I was surprised to find that there are so many options! I found a few different ones on Pinterest, but I’m not sure which one to try. Have any of you made one of these kinds of Easter Bread? Help!
This traditional Italian Easter Bread from Bake with Christina is the one I’m most interested in. But I’m not sure what I think about the egg being baked with it?
This sweet version with raisins from Valya’s Taste of Home seems to be similar to what my family made when I was a kid. The raisins are a new addition, though.
Even though it’s a tiny picture, this Italian Ricotta Bread from Taste of Home looks really good! With the ricotta and the powdered sugar glaze, I’m wondering if it’s more of a dessert bread?
This is a tough decision. Let me know which recipe you would choose, and I’ll let you know later this week which one I make (and how it turned out.)
