Hocus Pocus is easily my favorite Halloween movie, and I am SO excited for the new Hocus Pocus 2 movie to launch on Disney+ in September 2022.

I have made tons of Hocus Pocus crafts and shirts over the years. But this, my friends, is probably my favorite Free Hocus Pocus SVG I have ever designed.

For all of the Hocus Pocus fans out there, you’ll know exactly what this SVG refers to! If you haven’t seen Hocus Pocus, there’s a black cat in the movie that is actually a teenage boy named Thackery Binx. When he tried to rescue his younger sister from the Sanderson sisters, they cast a spell to turn him into an immortal black cat.

Straight out of the Hocus Pocus spell book, this SVG is the spell that the witches used to turn Thackery Binx into a black cat! I can’t wait to use this porch sign as part of my Halloween decor this year!

Supplies Needed to Make a Hocus Pocus Spell Porch Sign

You can use vinyl, HTV, or even create a stencil to make this wooden sign, but I would recommend vinyl or HTV (yes, HTV sticks to wood!) Here are the supplies I would recommend:

• Cutting Machine (Buy a Cricut on Amazon | Cricut | Michaels)
• 24″ long Cutting Mat
• Iron On Vinyl (HTV) from Cricut | Expressions Vinyl | Michaels | Heat Transfer Warehouse
• Cricut EasyPress from Cricut | Michaels
• Hocus Pocus Spell SVG (Download in the gray box at the end of the post)
• 10×42″ Blank Wooden Sign or a 10×42″ board. You can also resize the file to fit a 10×36″ board (there will be more white space around the design).

What I love about this SVG design is that it is also perfect for making Sublimation Tumblers! If you have a Sublimation Printer, this design is so easy to transfer! The download comes with a .jpg file that you can use for sublimation crafts.
