Dinosaur Birthday Party Hats
Last week, I shared an adorable idea for DIY Dinosaur Party Favors in our monthly collaborations with Cricut, Martha Stewart and Michaels. Using Martha Stewart Celebrations party favor buckets, Cricut Cardstock, Cricut Pens, and Martha Stewart Paints, you can make an inexpensive favor for all of the little guests at your party. If you’re planning a Dinosaur themed party for a kid in your life, you’ll definitely want to check out all of the DIY dinosaur party supplies that I created with our Cricut Explore Air 2. In addition to the Dinosaur Party Favor Buckets that I created, we made these darling DIY dinosaur birthday party hats, perfect for the kids!
Supplies you need to make DIY Dinosaur Party Hats

How to Make DIY Dinosaur Party Hats
Open Cricut Design Space and open the Dinosaur Party Hat file designed by Pineapple Paper Co.
CLICK HERE TO OPEN DINOSAUR PARTY HAT DESIGN IN CRICUT DESIGN SPACE
The design was created to make 3 hats; you can copy and paste the designs to suit your needs.
All of the dinosaur hats are set to be the same color; if you would like to make different color hats, change the colors desired in the layers panel on the right, and the Cricut will prompt you to cut the various colors on different mats.
When you are ready to cut, click the green “Make It” button.
Carefully remove the cut designs from the mat and fold the dinosaur spikes using the scored lines as guides.
Glue hats together overlapping the edges.
Attach the folded dinosaur spikes to the hat with glue. If desired, add an elastic band at the bottom to go underneath the chin (does anyone remember hating those as much as I do?)
Display on a cute table for all of the kids to choose their dinosaur party hats!
