Today I’m sharing more Fall birthday ideas, because I know how hard they can be to plan! Not everyone wants a pumpkin birthday party or Halloween party, especially little kids. That’s like having a red, white, and blue party every year just because you happened to be born in July! Ha! Luckily, there are some really cute Fall birthday party ideas that are easy to pull off but have a lot of creative details that will stand out. There are a lot of Fall birthday themes that you can also use during other parts of the year – including this adorable Gnome Birthday Party created and crafted by my friend Cori George from Hey Let’s Make Stuff. In her new book, Paper Party, she details several DIY parties that will have your guests totally enthralled by the cuteness.

What I love about Paper Party is that you can use the patterns in the back of the book to create all of the DIY Birthday Party Supplies, but you can also access the SVG Files from the Hey Let’s Make Stuff website. What that means is that if you have a Cricut Machine like the Cricut Explore Air 2, or the Cricut Maker you can upload the included SVG cut files and cut everything out right on your Cricut!
I’m so proud of Cori! I’m impressed with all of her incredible ideas in the book, from the Llama Party on the cover, to the Retro Camper Party featuring the CUTEST Flamingoes. Those summer party themes already have me thinking of parties for next year! Give me ALL of the flamingoes! But while I was pondering upcoming Fall parties for clients, I thought the Gnome party would be an adorable theme. (All party photos from Leisure Arts).
The idea of a “Trail Mix bar” is such a great idea for any woodland birthday party or outdoor birthday party (camping party, anyone?) And that “Gnome Sweet Gnome” sign? That would even be cute in a little boy’s nursery!
Plan a Gnome Fall Birthday Party
Cori even designed an invitation for the Gnome Party that opens up like a flower!
Aren’t the triangle paper gnomes adorable? They’re modern, yet cute – perfect for so many kid birthday parties!
