My whole house is full of Star Wars fans, so we were all SUPER excited when Cricut announced the launch of Star Wars designs. The designs are available to use for paper craft projects as well as Star Wars T Shirt designs. Needless to say, my kids and I have been busy designing Cricut Star Wars T Shirts for the kids as well as Womens Star Wars T Shirts for me! And–the best part is, you can make all of these exact Star Wars T Shirt designs for yourself in Cricut Design Space by following the links below!

This Yoda burn out shirt was my absolute favorite that I designed! Having access to the designs within the Cricut Star Wars cartridge allows you to manipulate them and make them yours. My son absolutely adored it and wears this boys Star Wars shirt all.the.time.

The spaceships are one my of kids’ favorite parts (Millennium Falcon is of course the all-time favorite)–time to go into light speed!

Chewbacca, R2D2, and C3PO would be the best Squad, right? My son loves these characters even more than the humans, honestly.

As a kid, Leia was my favorite. I think all girls of the 80’s have a little Rebel Princess inside.

Now that my daughter is grown, she loves the movies and begged to have me make her a DIY Star Wars Leia shirt. I loved that she wanted to add a quote from the original trilogy:

There are more Star Wars designs that are available, and hopefully more to come in Cricut Design Space. (NOTE: Star Wars designs are NOT included with Cricut Access due to licensing agreements.) And I hope they bring a Cricut Star Wars font too–that would be so awesome!

How to Make DIY Star Wars Shirts with your Cricut

Open one of the Star Wars Shirt Designs in Cricut Design Space from the provided links and size it to fit your shirt. Make sure to MIRROR the design before cutting, and then cut when ready. The shiny side of the vinyl goes DOWN on your mat. Weed away the extra vinyl. Iron on or use the EasyPress 2 to press the vinyl design onto the shirt. If you’re using the Cricut EasyPress, for recommendations based on your materials, you can check out the Cricut EasyPress Recommended Settings.

  1. I tried to access the star wars files on the design space but it says that the project is marked as private. So sad. I was going to make some shirts for my husband and son for our upcoming Disney trip. Is there anyway to access these beautiful projects? Thanks

Hi! They’re all public but there seems to be some sort of weird error in Design Space. I can’t even locate them in “my projects” and can only access them via those links. I’ll work on fixing them! Thanks for letting me know!

    2. Kriste Durnin Buck says:

      Same thing happening to me.

I just redid the links in Design Space. They should work now (fingers crossed!)

I’ve recreated all of the Design Space links and they’re working on my end. Let me know if you can’t get them to work!

  2. for the Yoda star wars design, If you cut out the green portion, and put it on a black tshirt, will the black portion show through from the shirt, or do you need to cut out both for the design to work

    1. Pineapple Paper Co. says:

      Yes! It’s a single layer.

  3. Lindsey Wilcox says:
