This DIY champagne cocktail with strawberry hearts would look great on a Valentine’s Day bar cart or on your dinner table!

We made these champagne cocktails using a heart shaped ice cube tray and strawberry puree–SO easy!

Just puree some frozen strawberries in a blender and add to the ice cube tray. Freeze for a few hours or overnight, until solid.

Add to your champagne glasses right before serving.

Pour your favorite sparkling wine, moscato, or champagne into the glass and you’re done! Super cute, and romantic! Your guests (or date!) will love it!

We love anything to do with champagne in our house so these DIY cocktails would be snapped up in seconds.

Plus, they make a great talking point at a party.

One of my best friends absolutely loves champagne, so the next time she comes over, I will definitely be treating her to a sparkling glassful complete with an iced strawberry.

She will absolutely love the creative touch.

This reminds me, it is her birthday soon so I really need to pull some gift ideas together!

So far, I have found a wide array of champagne gifts from Gifts International that have caught my eye so I might have to treat her to one of those as a nod to her favorite drink.

What do you think?

On a final note, we’re thinking these fun cocktails would also be good for breakfast, but that’s just how we roll 🙂
