If you’re a big sports fans, or even if you just like attending the tailgate parties, you’ll love these two brand new Football SVG Cut Files! I’ve created a matching set of cut files that are perfect for making Game Day crafts and party supplies.

I decided to use the files to make vinyl designs for plastic cups, but they can be used for shirts, signs, food tent labels, and other football party decor like cupcake toppers or napkins! You can even switch up the vinyl colors to show support for your favorite team.
What you Need to use Free Game Day Football SVG Files
Here are some of my favorite supplies for crafting with my Free SVG Cut Files:
- Cutting Machine (Buy a Cricut on Amazon or on the Cricut Online Shop | Silhouette on Amazon)
- Iron On Vinyl at Cricut | HTV from Expressions Vinyl
- Adhesive Vinyl at Cricut | Adhesive Vinyl from Expressions Vinyl
- Cricut EasyPress 2 or Regular Iron
How to Use Free Football SVG Files to make Game Day Plastic Cups
Upload the Free Go Team and Game Day SVG files to your cutting software and size it to fit your plastic cup.
If you’re new to using SVG files with your Cricut machine, make sure you read my full post on How to Upload an SVG to Cricut Design Space.
Cut from adhesive vinyl when ready. The shiny side of the vinyl goes UP on your mat. Weed away the extra vinyl. Use transfer tape to move the vinyl design from the backing paper to the cup. When placing on the cup, start in the center of the design and slowly move your way outward. Repeat with all of the cups you are making.

Did I do something wrong? The Go Team file doesn’t come in to my Silhouette studio looking the same it looks more like Arial font instead of the way your file looks.

Are you using the SVG file or the JPG file? SVG files only work with Studio if you have the upgraded version. You can import the JPG and trace 🙂 If that doesn’t work, let me know!
I have business edition of Silhouette Studio but the Go Team still wasn’t coming in correctly, it looked like it would if you didn’t have the correct font loaded on your computer. But I was able to trace the JPEG. Thank you for your free files! I can’t wait to wear this to all the kids sports this year.
