My kids and I used markers to color in all of the fun details, but you can use crayons, colored pencils, or watercolor paints as well. Mandala coloring pages are a great way to let kids practice using different kinds of art supplies. Plus, some of the details are quite small, helping kids with their coordination and dexterity!
Those same little details are perfect for helping to relieve some stress during the crazy holiday season! I love coloring at night before bed – it cuts down on screen time and lets my brain relax from the day. It’s a great idea for teenagers, too! Letting your mind unwind in a detailed repetitive pattern like a mandala is a great way to settle in for a better night’s sleep (fingers crossed!)
