Teacher Appreciation Gift Tag FREE Download

This year for Teacher Appreciation Day, we teamed up with a local flower farmer, The Bloomery, to make gift tags for the teachers at our kids’ school. They turned out so cute!
She wrapped the small pots of flowers with lemon-themed wrapping paper and finished with a light blue bow. The Bloomery has a really great local CSA program, and also sells bulbs and other flowers. Check them out!
The tags read: “thanks for being a great teacher and helping our children “bloom.”
