A simple cobbler recipe using frozen peaches and yes, Bourbon!

Ingredients
For the Fruit:
216 oz.Bags of Frozen Peaches
2sticksunsalted butter
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1pinchkosher salt
1pinchground cinnamon
2tbspBourbon (we used Basil Hayden's)
For the Batter:
2cupsgranulated sugar
2cupsall-purpose flour
2cupswhole milk
2tspbaking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add peaches, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and Bourbon and cook until bubbly and peaches are soft.
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and stir to combine. Add milk and mix well.
Pour batter over peaches and bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes clean and the edges are crisp and golden brown.
Best served warm, by itself, or with whipped cream or ice cream.
